Day 7 Challenge

If you color your hair that is today's challenge. Don't let the roots be real noticeable before you color. Color once a month as recommended then your hair will look fresh and not ugly roots showing

Day 6 Challenge

Do something with those eyebrows pluck or wax. If you wax be very careful not to overheat the wax and then spill it on your self ( my thumb is still very sore and blistered ) . And if you have other facial hair address that as well. Something about this age thing that makes hair grow where we really do not want it.lol

Day 3 Challenge

The day 3 challenge is to drink more water, less soda and caffine.
You should take your weight and half that and that is how many onces of water you need to drink.
I have a hard time drinking that much water so I drink a lot of herbal teas.

Day 2 Challenge

I am going to do a weigh in ever week This week I am at 177 that is so hard for me to say as I have told nobody ( not like they can’t tell lol ) I need to lose about 40 pounds.



For day 2 of the challenge I will begin exercising I have jazzel which I can easily use with my knee although when I get the extra weight off I am sure my knee will be much better. I am going to start at 15 min and work my way up to 30 minutes a day. I am hoping to do every day but weekends are kind of hard as we are always busy.

I didn’t do to bad on the diet yesterday but not as good as I need to do. I had a 2 Oreos ( my weakness) and a piece of bread with supper. Didn’t drink s much water as I should have

30 Day self Improvement Challenge

I am stating a new blog this will be a little different. This is an self improvement blog. The first thing I am going to work on is myself I have been so busy with things that I have kind of let my self go I have gained extra weight don’t know the last time I shaped my eyebrows my nails a a jagged mess my hair well I do dye it ( have to hide that little bit of gray haha) but I just pull it up in a clip all I war now are t-shirts because I have put on so much weight nothing else fits I feel like I have be come a old run down house wife that I once swore I would never be, Anyway we are going to the National Western Stock show in January and I don’t’ want to go looking like this plus with no clothes that fit and I can’t afford to buy more clothes plus I don’t want to buy more fat clothes. So I decided that if I put it on here I will have to have a little bit of accountability.



I am going to start on a 30 day challenge to get my self looking a little better I know I can not lose all the weight that I need to in the 31 days but I can get stated on it.

Day one of the challenge is to stat my diet I am going to try and do the paleo diet as I have been wanting to cut out grains and sugar.

I will try to get the whole 30 day challenge posted soon ( still working on it)
