Day 2 Challenge

I am going to do a weigh in ever week This week I am at 177 that is so hard for me to say as I have told nobody ( not like they can’t tell lol ) I need to lose about 40 pounds.



For day 2 of the challenge I will begin exercising I have jazzel which I can easily use with my knee although when I get the extra weight off I am sure my knee will be much better. I am going to start at 15 min and work my way up to 30 minutes a day. I am hoping to do every day but weekends are kind of hard as we are always busy.

I didn’t do to bad on the diet yesterday but not as good as I need to do. I had a 2 Oreos ( my weakness) and a piece of bread with supper. Didn’t drink s much water as I should have
